Individual tiramisu cakes

I don't really like doing cupcakes, so I do little individual cakes with a twist! I think that everyone likes tiramasu, so why not make them in cake style? This is what I came up with!

  They are vanilla sponges with a coffee liqueur mascarpone filling between every sponge, also with shavings with chocolate! Topped of with a finger biscuit usually used in a tiramisu! They are absolutly delicious! (:

Perfect finger food for a dinner party as they bring a bit of class! Really easy to make and very effective!
