Individual victoria sponges

We all love the traditional victoria sponge cake, a lovely moist vanilla sponge cake filled with whipped cream and strawberry jam! Perfect to take with us for a piknic.

But what if you want you only want little individual sizes so that everyone can have their own, and take it home with them? Well this is what I came up with!

Thick sponges so that you have enough of it so it doesnt become to crumbly, filled with a good amout of freshley whipped cream and a spoonfull of homemade strawberry jam! You are never going to want to buy a big one again!
