Individual 3 layered chocolate cakes with a salted-caramel frosting, and covered with a rich ganache.

These yummy little stacks were the first cakes I sold, and they got very popular! You could say they are my signature cakes :) Chocolate chip sponges separated in to 3 layers each bounded together with a creamy salted-caramel frosting and finished off with a rum infused chocolate ganache.
I always top them off with a gumpaste flower, to finalize my personal touches on it! They are best to eat all on your own or to share! They are just a little bit filling and rich, but really nice for an evening party, to have with your coffee.
